Brickson Diamond
Chief Executive Officer
Brickson has dedicated his career to the cause of advancing opportunity and access for those who should have it, but do not. He has and continues to build and transform businesses across industries including entertainment, tech, investment management, and non-profits.
He previously served as EVP, Chief Operating Officer of The Executive Leadership Council, Inc. (ELC), a +30 year-old global membership organization. Brickson grew membership from 400 to over 800 current and former Black board members, CEOs and senior executives at Fortune 1000/Global 500 companies. It works to build an inclusive business leadership pipeline that empowers global black leaders to make impactful contributions to the marketplace and the global communities they serve.
He began his career with a 15-year tenure at the Capital Group Companies. His principal contribution to the firm was building and running its $1.2 billion practice selling to and supporting investment management consultants serving high net worth and institutional clients.
Brickson is a co-founder and chair of the board of The Blackhouse Foundation. Established in 2006, Blackhouse is renowned for expanding access to acquisition-focused film festivals and advancing the development of commercially viable careers across platforms for Black independent filmmakers and content creators.
Brickson is a graduate of Brown University and Harvard Business School, and a member of the board of trustees of Brown University, Tides and the Middlesex School.
Camille Lowry
Acting Chief of Staff
With years of proven experience across non-profit, corporate and entertainment industries, Camille is able to leverage her varied background to meet the unique business and brand needs of diverse organizations. She is dedicated to advancing organizations’ missions and goals through powerful communications and dynamic experiential marketing events. Her reputation is defined by her strategic approach and attention to detail. By cultivating strong relationships with local, national, and international press, she has generated countless press impressions that build buzz. With experience leading teams of up to 100, she is passionate about cultivating strong, collaborative and results-oriented work cultures.
Camille began her career working for premiere entertainment talent such as directors Jonathan Demme and Robert Altman. After segueing to Philanthropy, she worked for the Annenberg Foundation for 11+ years and was instrumental in the launch and growth of many key projects, such as the establishment of the Annenberg Space for Photography.
Janene Bessent
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Results-oriented, dedicated professional with 20 years of HR and Payroll management experience. Janene exemplifies the capability to develop and implement plans to improve products and services, as well as drive business growth. She employs a strong work ethic and exhibits adeptness in rendering effectual services across different industries. Janene’s excellent problem-solving, customer relationships, management, and interpersonal skills complement her ability to adjust and learn new industries quickly and efficiently.
